2 About FaresAngle

FaresAngle is a flight meta-search engine. We aggregate and display flight fare information sourced from airlines, online travel agencies, and other travel partners. We do not sell airline tickets, hotel rooms, or any travel products ourselves.

Our role is limited to:

• Searching and displaying available flight options and fares
• Comparing prices across multiple travel partners
• Redirecting you to the partner's website to complete a booking

Any contract of carriage or travel booking is between you and the airline or travel partner — not FaresAngle.

3 Use of the Platform

You agree to use FaresAngle only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without written permission
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our servers or networks
• Misrepresent your identity or use another person's information without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be in violation of these terms.

4 Pricing & Bookings

All prices displayed on FaresAngle are sourced from our travel partners and are indicative at the time of display. Flight fares are highly dynamic and may change due to:

• Seat availability and demand fluctuations
• Currency exchange rate changes
• Partner pricing updates
• Time elapsed between search and booking

FaresAngle does not process payments and does not add any markup or fees to the prices shown. The final price is determined and charged by the travel partner at the time of booking. Always verify the final price before completing a purchase on a partner site.

5 Limitation of Liability

FaresAngle provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FaresAngle shall not be liable for:

• Any inaccuracies in pricing or availability provided by partners
• Any losses arising from bookings made on third-party partner websites
• Any flight delays, cancellations, or changes handled by airlines
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform

Your use of any partner website is governed by that partner's own terms and conditions.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the FaresAngle platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of FaresAngle or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from FaresAngle without our prior written consent.

7 Third-Party Links

The Platform contains links to third-party websites (airlines, OTAs, and other travel partners). These links are provided for your convenience only. FaresAngle has no control over the content or practices of these external sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

Visiting any third-party website is at your own risk. We encourage you to review the privacy policy and terms of service of any partner site before completing a booking.
